Incentive Points Raise SALT Scores 30%.

We recently did a Team Member incentive points program. You earned points for different things. You could earn points of different amounts for signing guests up for Hilton Honors, having your name mentioned in a survey, getting a 10 in survey scores on the days you work, or getting your name mentioned in an e-mail/phone call. By reaching a certain number of points, cash rewards were involved. This was a huge hit and our guest scores were increased by 30%. 🙂
