We kicked off an ongoing, monthly SALT contest with a team member lunch and had a “game show” with teams answering SALT related questions. Each team received candy and pantry bucks as prizes for correct answers. Each department had a designated survey question and points were added up by department for 9 and 10 answers and points deducted for 8 or less. I then gave an example of how far do we go to please our guests and offered to repeat each month for the high scoring department.
