The “Taste” of Embassy.

Antoine Jones,
Embassy Suites Cincinnati – Northeast (Blue Ash), OH

Everyday of the week was something different. It all started with a big kick-off meeting on Monday. Everyday a different department reconignized the housekeeping staff by either helping clean a room or two for the day or providing candy, soda, or ice cream during the busy part of the day. It was all concluded with what we like to call, “The Taste of Embassy”. This was a pot luck lunch that involved each housekeeping employee to bring in a dish that they enjoyed cooking and eating. This lunch represented six different countries and several different cultures. Imagine visiting six different countries without leaving the hotel. This definitely was a BIG hit. During the lunch, we all played “Embassy Family Feud”. The questions were based on Embassy Suites standards. Each housekeeping employee also recieved a certificate of excellence and a $5 Walmart gift card.

This was by far the best Housekeeping Week we’ve had!
