During this year’s Housekeeping Week. The Conrad Miami Housekeeping Department had several activities hosted by different departments at the Hotel. On Monday, Housekeeping Management hosted a lunch for the team where the General Manager, Martin Wormull, attended and gave special recognition to 2 of the room attendants (Carmen and Marie S.) for providing exceptional service to our guests, these two women received six perfect 10 ratings (perfect rooms) EACH on the SALT report. They were invited to cut the cake of the opening activities of Housekeeping week with Martin. On Tuesday, the Spa department provided hand massages and mani/pedi’s to the housekeeping department. On Wednesday, both the Front of House and Engineering Departments provided healthy snacks to the team and on Thursday the Sales, Marketing and Catering/Events Department provided ice cream and treats. On Friday, the HR Department provided the housekeeping team members with a commemorative picture frame with a picture of the entire housekeeping team, so they would always remember the 2012 International Housekeeping Week. The grand finale was on Saturday, where the Food and Beverage Department had a movie day, complete with popcorn and nachos.
