KaiYan is a STAR

Kaiyan won the Spirit of CARE award in May. To celebrate her achievement we arranged a party for her on July 28th, with all hotel management and team members. At the beginning of the party, we received a surprise congratulatory call from Sean and Gomi. After that hotel’s GM, Steve, awarded her with certificates and a Hotel Super Star crown as all the managers cheered for her. Kaiyan’s dedication and positivity are contagious, and she makes the property a great place to work and stay. She is selfless and always does what’s best for the team. Kaiyan patiently works with others to find the best solution to serious problems. One day when she was off-duty, heading to pick up her kids she heard that a pipe had burst at the property! Kaiyan jumped into action. She quickly found someone else to watch her children, and raced to the hotel. Kaiyan spent over an hour squatting in the cold water and helping teammates clean up. Her feet were numb, but she could only feel love for her team and property. Kaiyan, thank you for being flexible and responsive.
