Keeping the Catch Me Spirit Going All Year Long!

Catch Me at My Best® is one of our hotel’s favorite programs. We not only enjoy the materials provided by Hilton Worldwide, and we customize them to make the experience even more effective for our team!
Some of the things we do are:

We pick the winners for Catch me at my best based on:
• The most catches per week.
• The most catches all summer for back of the house and front of the house and Food and Beverage team member.
• The best / outstanding catches.
• Team members who catch the most team members.
• The most hospitable, most energetic and most punctual team member by department.

We try to change the criteria to give people a fair chance to win for their hard work during the summer!

Our team members enjoy Catch Me so much we keep the recognition going throughout the year by having our Lolley Trolley cart filled with snacks and drinks for our team members that are distributed through out the day. We also have a Welcome to Work event where we offer donuts, tea coffee in the morning and candy, popcorn and drinks in the afternoon as our team members come into work. We have our EC members and Ambassadors of Service welcome the team members with music and banners and noise makers. We do several different thinks to motivate and thank our hardworking team members.

Making recognition fun and allowing the team members to truly know how much we appreciate them allows everyone to know how much they mean to our team!
