Kitchens Without Borders.

At Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket, we all strongly believe in Sharing our Strengths, and that is why we are a Great Team Together. Chef Deepak Pore, with all the support from Chef Avinash, went a step farther and participated enthusiastically in a voluntary workshop with an NGO, Muskaan.

Muskaan is an NGO which engages with adults with special needs and is working towards building the capacity of the intellectually challenged people. Deepak conducted training for their team to enhance their baking skills. Following his passion for cooking, Deepak took time to give back and share some of his skills for the benefit of these special people. The team at Muskaan was extremely appreciative of his input and could not stop thanking us enough for contributing in this special way. We cannot change the world, but in our small ways, our small gestures can make a big difference. Thank you, Deepak, for utilizing your culinary skills in educating special people and operating ‘kitchens-without-borders.’

Also, a special thanks to our Trainee, Mayank, who volunteered to join Deepak in this cause, and a BIG thank you to Chef Avinash, without whose support this would not be possible.
