Applying CRM Principals to Get to Know Fellow Team Members.

We started the “Know Your Team Member” (KYTM) concept so that in a big team like ours, team members know each one by name and department. Everyday we place a photograph on the notice board with the name and department. The photographed team member wears the KYTM hat for the day. All colleagues who read the note sign on the “I know this team member now” column given below the photograph. It is helped us build camaraderie and bonding in our unit and introduces a team member to all. The recognition may be more of an introduction but one must see to believe the smile on their faces.
