Lantern “FANOUS RAMADAN” in Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza, Egypt.

It’s my greatest pleasure to sharing with you all, our celebration for Lantern “Fanous Ramadan ” in our hotel.
Please find the below preparation action that we had taken for this traditional event:


  1. We had a brain storming session to get the best ideas of Blue Energy to be active in month of Ramadan.
  2. Shirwet,our order taker, had the idea of distributing FANOUS Ramadan to the long term guests.
  3. We sent and bought FAWANIS Ramadan.
  4. We planned with F&B team, Recreation team, and Laundry team to celebrate it.
  5. This initiative reflects our Overall SALT score as we improve with 66.7 percent. This is the first month that we exceeded the benchmark.
  6. The F&B team generated 1.501.503 EGP in revenue during Ramadan.
  7. We got a lot of thank you letters for the Laundry and Recreation team for the best team spirit. We exceeded guests’ expectations!
