Laundry King to the Rescue at The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel.

Nathan Perez was working as a bellmen on a Friday evening when the guest called down, upset that his dirty dry cleaning has not been picked up in the morning due to a communication error. Nathan immediately went up and retrieved the laundry, but unfortunately it was already too late to get it cleaned. Nathan noticed that the laundry was just fluffed items, and made it right by using our housekeeping washer and dryer and did the laundry himself. He ironed everything and delivered it to the guest within a couple of hours. The guest was extremely happy as he wouldn’t have had any clothes to wear the next day if Nathan hadn’t made it right!
