Make It Easy For Peers to Put Their Recognition in Writing.

I created the “Star Gram” to recognize a job well done! It’s a simple “thank you” note from team member to team member. Once a star is caught for “shining,” the star gram goes into a monthly drawing for a chance for both the nominator and nominee to win a gift card! It has helped us tremendously with team member recognition! It’s a year ‘round recognition program! It’s kind of like the Catch Me program, but it’s done all through the year. During Catch Me, our hotel is overflowing with recognition!
