Here at the Doubletree Hotel Chattanooga we have been working very hard on our “Green” sustainability efforts to make, not only our hotel, but Chattanooga a better place to live, work, and play.

Our HEAT (Hilton Environmental Analysis & Tracking) Committee flier contains all of our sustainability achievements and practices; everything from how the entire property uses energy efficient light bulbs to how our laundry bags are recyclable within eight months in a land fill.

Another one of our programs that we put a lot of time and effort into is our CARE Committee. The CARE Committee’s focus is to not limit the warm, welcoming service we provide to inside hotel, but to spread our brand values into the local community. The CARE Committee has taken our HEAT Committee program to the Chattanooga Zoo to educate children on how to be “green” and why it is important.
