Making a “Thank You” Personal

I’m the Front Desk Manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari San Josefotos-tarjetas-agradecimiento-set-2016, and last weekend I spend a little time making handmade thank you cards for each member of my team. I have been delivering the cards this week with a candy, and noticed that people really appreciate when you take a moment to thank them in a personalized way for all they do.
