Henrietta is a constant ray of sunshine. She’s loyal, dependable, and selfless, and she spreads the light and warmth of hospitality not just throughout the hotel, but throughout the community.
For years, Henrietta has donated her tax return money to the community. Henrietta may work long hours at the hotel, but her hospitality never wavers. She spends her “spare” time warming hearts and filling bellies in the community. She cooks meals for the homeless on Easter, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, feeding nearly 200 people each time.
Henrietta’s spirit and kindness inspire her family, friends, and coworkers. In fact, they often bring their families to help Henrietta serve. When Henrietta reached a financial obstacle while organizing an Easter egg hunt, the entire hotel chipped in to make her vision possible.
Henrietta is truly selfless and stays focuses on helping others. Whenever she has a little extra, she immediately gives it to those in need—along with the biggest smile she has! When Henrietta won the Spirit of CARE award, local ownership matched her monetary prize. Without hesitation, Henrietta requested that the extra money be given to her church’s fundraiser for cancer research. She confided that she had been praying for another way to help others. Henrietta, you are truly the answer to our prayers, and we thank you for being an inspiration and epitome of kindness every day.
