Mixing Up the Catch Me Criteria Keeps Everyone On Their Toes!

Our hotel loves and looks forward to the Catch Me at My Best Program. To ensure we keep the momentum going throughout the program we celebrate winners monthly. We always have one winner from front of the house and one from back of the house.

Mixing up the winning criteria keeps everyone on their toes – one month the criteria is who has the most catches, the next month best quality of catches.

Because recognition is so important to our hotel, we celebrate both the person getting caught and the individuals doing the catching. Also, we celebrate the manager/supervisor who does the most catching.

Recognizing people at every phase of the program helps to let the team know how important they are and how much what they do matters!
