Sharing Team Accomplishments With a Quarterly Newsletter.

I learned that during my reviews one year the team likes to share its accomplishments with their families and they like to see their names associated with the hotel and with Hampton. So, we do a quarterly newsletter that allows us to highlight birthdays, achievements and our wonderful team. During Catch Me we share the comments. We also highlight any incentive programs we have in place. We also allow them the chance to review a local restaurant for the next edition then we share those with our guests in the bi-monthly newsletter we do for our guests. It does not cost much to print because we do it in-house and after you have the format down its fun to play with and pick the items and articles each time.
