Niki takes pride in her work, and she takes a personal interest in making guest stays special. As a Housekeeper, she keeps guestroom scores high, often near the 95% mark. But it’s her polished service that really shines. She rewards one regular guest by placing sweet treats in his room, like homemade apple or cherry pie. And when a small boy at the hotel lost a tooth, she and another Team Member wrote a note from the Tooth Fairy, leaving a dollar and a present that delighted both the boy and his parents. Thanks, Niki, for your “sweet” hospitality.
