“Eat what you can take, and take what you can eat.”
To reduce food waste in the Team Member restaurant, we’re celebrating each Tuesday with “No Bin Day.” We only serve vegetarian meals on Tuesdays, so there are no bins to throw waste.
This initiative, created by Chef Steward Vipin Jha, helped the hotel reduce wasted food. Team Members appreciated the movement!
