Now That’s Integrity!

One of the most compelling stories came from the Housekeeping department, as one of the most honest team members had discovered a small bag full of money, jewelry, and a big diamond. El Sayed Immediately returned the bag to the Lost and Found section in order to start looking for the bag’s owner, who contacted the hotel within two hours and retrieved his belongings.

The guest was overwhelmingly surprised and amazed by the honesty of Hilton Team Members, and promised he would convey and cascade such positive experience to everyone he meets on daily basis.

As Blue Energy team, we decided to Celebrate El Sayed’s honestly, so, his colleagues arranged a chocolate cake and decorated it with a caption that says “El Sayed the live example of Hilton values”. El Sayed was speechless once he swathe cakes and when he was asked about his feeling he commented,” I was just doing my job, and I have never expected to have such recognition”.
