Our “Detective Video” Takes the Mystery Out of CRM.

We wanted to show how CRM makes a big difference to the average guest. So for the CRM360º contest, we made a video that shows how our “CRM Detectives” gather meaningful, practical information that our team can use to improve their stay. Our team members took turns donning Sherlock Holmes attire and uncovering clues about a Hilton HHonors Diamond member. We followed a single guest, and showed how we use information like his birthday, favorite sports, foods, room preferences and even favorite cake to wow the guest. Watch our video and learn how every team member at our hotel are using the new CRM enhancements. The team had a lot of fun producing the video and dressing up as “CRM Detectives.”
