Our Hotel Gives “Star Status” to Our Catch Me Leaders.

This year we decided to really encourage appreciation between team members and departments. So we have two “super star” pins that are being passed around. We started off by giving the pins to a few people who had been caught. They get to proudly wear the pin for a day and then must catch someone else the next day and pass the pin on to them. Sometimes guests are not always as active in catching as our staff would like them to be. This way, they are all encouraged to catch someone every day in order to keep the pin moving. It really made our excellent team even better, more cohesive and all around happier!! We believe it’s extremely important to appreciate and acknowledge the great work your fellow team members do. This is a great way to show it!
