To Debbie Davis and the entire team at Hampton Inn Lenoir City, TN,

I wanted to extend a big thank you to each of your team members. We had a guest who stayed at our property a few weeks ago. She has returned a SALT survey regarding her stay with us and I wanted to share it with your property…

We stayed in Hampton Inn for the first time in Lenoir Ciry, TN, and had such a great experience that we now look for Hampton Inn whenever and wherever we travel. The bedding, beds, breakfast and the cozy and attractive decor make our stay feel like we are at home. People like Natalie, (in the breakfast room at Hampton Inn Springfield, OH) made our stay so special. The warm cookies are a plus too after being on the road for hours and we need a little sugar to jump start our first hours in our new location. Thank you for paying attention to the big and little details.

Hampton Inn’s like yours are the reason we are Lighthouse Leaders. Thanks to the efforts of you team, we have won a loyal Hampton Inn guest and all of us have you to thank for that.

It is not too often that I see another property mentioned in a survey of mine but when I read her comments regarding your hotel, I felt that I must share this with you.
