Quacktastic Recognition!

Feeling Quacktastic, Quackcellent or Quacktacular???

That is the theme for our Recognition Program for the Events/Catering Team of the Hilton Orlando – you could really say “Requacknition”! Our team focuses on recognition by having Team Members recognized with rubber ducks given to them for being mentioned in a meeting planner survey, being recognized by peers, by fellow departments, by the Director of Events, and by customer feedback. All those rubber ducks collected by the team for a 3 month period are then “raced” down the lazy river at the hotel! It “quacked” us up… we raced over 150 ducks in 3 races – our team was thrilled, it created buzz around the hotel and most importantly showcased how much we appreciate our team!
