Motivating Team Members Who Go Beyond!

Promote pride in your team members by simply recognizing those who go beyond their duties. We try to make all team members feel they are special by recognizing and rewarding good practices.

Highlight an employee of the month. This employee will be recognized by receiving a certificate and/or gift card ($25) or a gift from the Hospitality Shop.

Cost: Free. The certificate that can be made on the computer and/or the $25 gift card or gift from the Hospitality shop.

Impact: Employees will be motivated to practice the 101% percent customer satisfaction. This will promote leadership, loyalty and respect for one another. Showing our guests and employees that one extra act of courtesy can make a tremendous impact a person’s day and attitude. A simple smile, happy gesture, asking how they are doing or feeling, refilling a guest drink. This will encourage the employees to do better and your guest to return.
