My mission has been to set an example to all staff members with smiles, passion and with the “go beyond” work ethic. Over the months I have brought my years of knowledge in the hospitality industry to view for all the teammates to learn from. As well, from the moment they enter the hotel until they depart, this has been the most fun for me. It can be done with humor as well as compassion. Evidence of return guests who learn your name is the true bonus. Rewards are not given “To Whom It May Concern,” they are given with a name and a smile.
