Our “Mansion Money” Program Earns Big Interest.

Something we have done here at the Hilton RTP that has been a huge success is something we call our Mansion Money Program. We created a $100 bill on the computer and each month the picture changes from the president to our Employee of the Month. Then we make copies of the Money and give them out to managers. The managers give out the money for names mentioned on a comment card, if someone comes in off shift, or knowing the answer to Hilton Huddle questions, etc. Then our team members can put them in a box to win a prize (we do a drawing every month for three prizes) or they can go to a box turn in the money for a small gift from there. This has really be a great program for us. I have included an image of our Mansion Money. Prizes can be anything from free lunch at the restaurant to a day off with pay or an iPod Shuffle. Cost is under $50 and has a big bang on the return.
