We promote a special and build a contest with the help of our suppliers (i.e.: Coke or Molson). The waiter that sells the most wins a grand prize. The most recent grand prize was a full size deluxe poker table with all the trappings paid by the supplier. All the other waiters received thank you gifts for participating. Wonderful way of motivating the team and making more revenues!
