Using both the “Mastering the Art of Service” and “Catch Me at My Best” themes, team members issue “tickets” to fellow team members whenever they provide extraordinary service, exemplify team work, or practice proactive hospitality. Tickets are submitted to HR who tallies them on a board outside the team member lunch room. At the end of the month, we hold a “Social” for all team members where we recognize the team member who received the most citations for the month. HR solicited small donations/gifts from local vendors to use as prizes. Cost is minimal. Employee satisfaction is expected to be high. 1st award will be issued January 2010.
