Recognition Tool Boxes Make Rewards Easy!

As a new property, one of our priorities is to establish a culture of team member recognition immediately. We purchased little red tool boxes and filled them with all the “tools” a leader would need to recognize excellence. Each area has its own box. The boxes contain notecards with envelopes, movie tickets, various giftcards, and a survey for team members. The survey identifies each indivual’s preferences so that the rewards can personal. Leadership is very excited and we photograph and post the winners in the cafeteria.
