Compared with last year same period, our November SALT scores improved 28%. In order to recognize and thank team members for their commitment and hard work, we organized a Themed Food Festival in our team members’ restaurant on December 9th. We prepared various food, beverage and fruits. General Manager, Mr. Jean-Pierre Mainardi made the speech with presence of all senior management to thank team members as well as to encourage them to continue the good work in providing our guests the Total Resort Experience.
