Recognizing Our Team Member’s Best Kept Rooms.

Many might be aware that Middle East is the very unique part of the world, perhaps the only one where 100% of the Team Members working in a hotel are expatriates. The entire responsibility of the accommodation lies on the hotel management.

The accommodation manager is basically running a mini-hotel simultaneously. In order to encourage the aspect of cleanliness among team members in the accommodation, every month during the Team Member’s get together conducted by the General Manager, Mr. Christian Muhr, Two Team members are awarded the best kept room. The HR team usually does surprise site visits to these accommodation premises and the best kept room is awarded. This picture depicts the best kept room for the month of November 2010. The cleanliness and decoration of these rooms themselves depict the spirit of our team members.
