Recognizing Our Finance Team at High Tea!

On 2010 the HR team and all managers came together to meet and greet the Finance team at High Tea. The objective was to acknowledge the contributions of the Finance team and appreciate their support in the daily running of the business. The monthly team appreciation days at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket have been effective in creating a culture of appreciation and a highly motivated workforce. It does not need to be an expensive exercise and it’s often the personal touch which makes all the difference.

The team was thrilled and enthusiastically came forward to click photographs and share anecdotes. A piggy bank in the form of a trophy was presented with a certificate of appreciation to the Finance team and as the trophy was unfurled it brought smiles and humour all around.

At Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket, we strongly believe that financial results do not engage people, engaged people achieve financial results.
