Recognizing Team Members for a “Full House” at Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Airport/Plainfield, IN.

We have a board that has three slots where numbers are changed each time we sellout-full house. We have a goal of at least 100 sell outs, which beats last year.

Every time we sell out, everyone that worked that day receives a playing card and the total board is changed. Each person can only have 5 cards and can trade one each time we sell out in an attempt to have their own “full house” hand. The first person to achieve a full house receives a gift card at their restaurant of choice for lunch. Every morning at huddle our staff is eager to find out if we sold out and if they get another card. Full-house, full belly.
