Salt Achievers Trophy at HGI Saket!

We have launched a Monthly SALT Rolling Trophy at the hotel to inculcate a healthy competition between departments. This would surely focus on affecting the overall scores and would be interesting. The SALT trophy would represent the names of the departments scoring highest SALTs during the month. The ‘SALT Achievers’ trophy has been designed and made in-house, keeping in mind that at the end of the year, the trophy will reflect the names of the teams who won for each of the 12 months.

The SALT board gets updated on a regular basis to track each department’s scores. The objective is to compete with oneself to do better…it can inspire one to grow, to explore, to learn more, and to try harder. Already we can witness a lot of enthusiasm–our current winner, the Security Team, is putting in their best to keep the trophy next month, and our F&B Service Team is catching up fast…Let us see who wins next month.

This is a great idea thanks for sharing. We already have a SALT scoreboard in our break room that is updated daily. It really helps when the staff knows what our standing is!
