SALT Analysis Report at Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort, Egypt.

SALT Analysis Report:

I have made a report for analyzing the SALT Score to HODs in order to track and focus on the SALT question related to their Departments. according to the guests’ figures and comments the It’s a daily monitoring report, and will be a manual tracking by the HODs.

The report will include the following:-

1- This report will support HODs to track and focus on the positive and negative points that is reminiscent of the SALT application According to the figures given and comments from our guests which will be positive impact to track our issues and to work on it to enhance our guest satisfaction.
2- you can write your rate by putting it in the same colors in the SALT main application.
3- Some graphic charts to show the differences between the actual figures and the benchmark.
4- also includes a part of the record and notes that may be received in the HOTLINE Department by guest that may guest mentioned in SALT comments including its interpretation and the date of occurrence.
5- Finally the figures of the month of this year versus with the same month of the last year to can easily monitor your figures.

I hope it may help us all to get a quick and easy analysis to the SALT score. If you get any ideas to develop the report, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
