SALT is very important to us as it’s our Guest feedback to work on the needed points and increase our strong points so we have a full plan to deal with SALT as follows. This plan was implemented last year and is as follows:
We print and record SALT responses on daily basis.
1- We discuss it on daily morning meeting with all Housekeeping team members to know the week and the strong points.
2- I discuss all this responses on daily meeting with all Housekeeping Assistant Managers and Supervisors to work on the week points according the SALT action plan.
3- We Have SALT action plan we concentrate on one task every three days. All team are working on it on the same time.
4- We have the attached sample details which give us where exactly we are and who is the best Houseman and the best Supervisor during the whole month.
5- We have an appreciation board at the H.K. office with all winner names from January till December and they will be rewarded during the next international week.
