GSA Incentive Impacts SALT Scores.

Our Front Office department theme is to “WOW” our guests which tends to not only bring them back as repeat guests but usually get’s us 9 and 10’s on our SALT surveys. But if one of our GSA’s goes over and beyond for one of our guests, and make such an impression to where the guest mentions their name in a positive manner on their SALT survey, that team member receives a $25 gift certificate from a local store. We’ve seen an increase in the “WOW” factor since this was introduced and it certainly shows in our SALT scores.
