Focusing on One SALT Goal at a Time.

We give each department one goal to reach that is from SALT. This way we feel that we do not overwhelm them all with different categories. Once that department reaches that particular goal such as “Helpfulness of Front Desk” I give each team member a Thank You card and a little something special such as a $10 gift card to a popular retailer.

Then we choose a different goal.
