To revive the SALT scores and create a competitive environment a running SALT trophy was introduced. The competition launched in June 2010 and the first winners were F&B team with the highest score. Every month the department with the highest percentage increase in the overall loyalty score is chosen as the winner. The department then proudly displays the Trophy for a month till its time for the trophy to move on to its worthy owner.
