Sea Salt Made at Cabana for our Salinity Restaurant

Our culinary team, led by our Executive Chef, Tim, makes our own cabana finishing salt to season our seafood dishes at Salinity Restaurant. The salt is produced from the evaporation of seawater. According to our chef, being able to season local fish with salt made from the same area gives a clean mineral taste and brings a humble dish a step higher.
