Setting the Bar for Recognition.

This is a story too good too keep quiet, and sets the bar high as a great example for us to learn from and follow.

Stacey Warren, on her own, went out today and bought all the Housekeepers there own water jug to keep ice water on their carts. Then to top it off, she bought boxes of popsicles for the Housekeepers in the laundry room on the hottest and muggiest day of the year here in West Springfield.

She is showing her personal appreciation for the sacrifice the Housekeepers made in coming in early over the weekend for an important bus tour that was arriving at 12:45 in the afternoon, after a sellout the night before.

Stacey, I know you would say its just part of your personna, but this example goes a long way in becoming the roadmap to success for us here in West Springfield and the rest of the company.

Many thanks!
