Showing our Front Office Support

We decided we wanted our Front Office to feel the love all week long! Knowing that they are the front lines and often the face of the hotel, we wanted to show how much we appreciated them! We decided to make buttons for managers and team members in other departments to wear all week, showing them that we value them and all their hard work! We also put up personalized posters around the hotel so that all team members were aware. Each member of the front office team also received a button and a coupon for the Starbucks counter in our hotel. We also decided to reach out to other departments and asked them to show some love and the response was great! From our housekeeping team giving them pies on 3/14, to our finance team creating a spin wheel with cash prizes, the front office really was shown how much they are loved!
