Hello my name is Donny McNair. I’m the Guest Service Manager here at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Issaquah.

You might think that a smile would be a very easy thing to do! But what happens when you get busy with your day-to-day work. Is the smile still there? Are you as happy about it as when you stated?

Well we have a young lady here. Sometimes I think she has a smile tattooed on her face, which always makes for a pleasant sight, and helps everyone have a great day!
