Recognizing Positive Check-In and Check-Out Experiences!

The idea based on the guest responses. During our daily briefing meetings we review and discuss each guest response that we receive. We look at who did the check-in and who did the check-out for each guest. We then add those names to our “Star List” on a daily basis. At the end of each month we take the name with the most responses and give them a recognition certificate signed by the FDM and the LE 150.
