Taking Ownership of Breakfast!

One of my breakfast attendants showed ownership and leadership by implementing new gudelines on paper on how to serve the breakfast and how to place the orders. Before she got here, the only guideline was a huge binder that was not at all user-friendly. Without my asking her to do it, she simply steamlined both processes with a very simple guide for both, which makes it easier for all departments to pitch in, and also for training purposes.
