Team Members Explore the Beauty of DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, UAE.

Some guests and Team Members are not aware of all of the exciting activities Ras Al Khaimah has to offer! In order to create awareness and turn Ras Al Khaimah into a touristic hotspot, we have to educate and inform our Team Members and guests about the endless possibilities. Ras Al Khaimah is called “The Rising Emirate” for a reason!

In cooperation with RAK Tourism, the Hilton Worldwide Learning & Development Cluster team of Ras Al Khaimah went on a field trip to explore the beauty of Ras al Khaimah. Anna, Mohamed, and Adela, three representatives of RAK Tourism, organised a day full of sight-seeing and activities. Their enthusiasm and provided information was limitless and truly interesting. Highlights of the day: – Jazeera Aviation Club – Jazeerat Al Hamra (abandoned historic village) – RAK National Museum – Dhayah Fort – Pearl Farm – Country Club – Bassata Desert Camp Looking back, it was a fantastic day! We got great new impressions and learned a lot about Ras Al Khaimah. Although there is much more to learn, see, and do in Ras Al Khaimah, it was an extremely valuable day! Now it is up to our L&D Specialists to cascade all information and enrich our Team Members with this valuable knowledge in order to create more awareness and improve our overall service!
