While enjoying the quiz game, inspired by famous ‘Millionaire’, team members are encouraged to learn about SALT casually. This initiative commenced since beginning of 2010 and the knowledge toward SALT has been enhanced dramatically and you can hear the word ‘SALT’ so often from team’s casual conversation!!

“Since the SALTNAIRE has been introduced as a part of the SALT internal activities, the team members care more about the score and they have been enthusiastic on the SALT. The SALT result goes up gradually and keep the top score in Japanese property since its introduction as well” says Director of Operation at the Hilton Odawara Resort and Spa.

NOT exactly million dollars, team members will receive 10,000 JPY if clear all stages. This event not only motivates team but enhance service quality. But above all, it is customers’ ’Million Dollar Smile with satisfaction which matter to all team members.
