On monthly basis we recoginize our front desk team without fail by using the Hilton Recogntion template for best performances of individuals in…

1-Business Card Collection to increase SALT respondents and also to add contacts for Hilton E-marketing database.

2-Upselling. Who has done the most upselling for that month both in value of the supplementary revenue collected and number of upselling done.

3-HHonors Recuitment. A monthly recognition for the highest number of HH recruits for each month.

The Awards under the three categories will be handed over every month in our communication meeting.

What we do is our HH Manager will keep track of individual recruitments based on their name which is written at the top end of the recuitment form. So,she will do a monthly count to address performance.
