Hosting an Annual “Thank You” Day!

Hilton Seychelles team organized a “Thank You Day” whereby all team members from the Resort Manager to the Head of Departments to the Team Leaders and other team members, have the chance to say “Thank You” to either a colleague or a department that has helped them to achieved their daily tasks. This is done by using their own creativity, such as Post-It note, posters, etc. Special lunch and special music are also organized on that day. All Thank You notes are then posted in the team restaurant for a week, to keep the vibes of the day. This will now be a yearly event.
