The FANTA-stic C&E Recognition

In True Waldorf Style, Bianca & Rami from the C&E department had taken up the task of making C&E recognition month truly memorable for the team. They had secret meetings and created secret BEO’s to prepare for the evening of recognition. On the day of the event the surprises started the minute they came in to the office. All the hand-written “Catch Me At My Best” cards from operation team members were nicely displayed as a welcome. When they finished appreciating the Warm Welcome, there were personalized thank you notes and little gifts with a twist which instantly put a smile on their faces. There were a lot of giggles and high fives and merriment with all the hidden messages and meanings. But the best was not over yet. It continued with a small celebration and cake cutting where the FANTA – stic team was appreciated for all the hard work they put in and were thanked for their dedication and drive. Overall, it was a fun filled day full of surprises which will definitely create some long-lasting, fond memories. Staying true to our mantra = WE Create Memories!
